Dear Readers,
In busy worlds, we often forget to take time for ourselves. It’s easy to get caught up in the busyness of life. But, I often say being too busy to remember the important things is often the adult version of, “The dog ate my homework.”
Take time this month to worship, meditate, relax, get a massage, take a walk on our beautiful beaches, or whatever form of relaxation fits for you.
Focus on shutting everything and everyone out. Try to calm your mind from all the things you have to do. It’s ok to have this time to just be yourself. Breathe. Enjoy the quiet moments. Center on the positive energy in your life.
Then take time to be thankful for what you have in life, regardless of what might be missing. I promise, there are people that love and care about you.
This fall we, at OutClique magazine, are super excited about what is to come. Join us in this journey.
Wishing you the best of the best. May happiness be abounding¹.
