Dear Readers,
Happy November. Thanksgiving is here. What are you thankful for?
I love seeing our beautiful Florida sunshine and beaches. A friend’s smile? What about a unique piece of art? Is there a special card on your desk? (I have one from my mom for Halloween that says, “Wicked.”)
I love the smell of my favorite cologne (Obsession by Calvin Klein). The crisp air of a totally clean house? How about that “new car smell.” Right now, my house is filled with the aroma of a fresh pot of coffee.
What do you hear? That favorite DJ at the Eagle? The warm chatter of friends at Rosie’s? Beethoven at the South Florida Symphony Orchestra? LeNora Jaye at Alibi? Or Miss Bouvee singing one of your favorite Disney songs or Broadway show tunes?
Last night I had the perfect steak at J Alexander’s. I love the taste of a simple York peppermint patty or a handful of Skittles.
And are you thankful for the sense of touch? I’ll let you fill in the blanks with what you like to touch. *Wink.*
Happy Thanksgiving!
May happiness be abounding.¹
