Step right inside the front doors of our amazing Galleria at Fort Lauderdale and be welcomed by the majestic wine archway that leads you to your own private elevator.

We had window seating with a city view. If you prefer, ask for a private booth for that intimate night with your special someone. Relax in the blend of modern, masculine, and elegant textures, fixtures, and touches that make for the perfect atmosphere.

Cooper’s Hawk redefines the modern casual dining experience. Each dish on the menu is listed with a bin number, guiding guests to their selection’s perfect wine pairing. The menu also includes gluten-free selections, as well as a kids’ menu, carryout, and catering. The menu has a wide range of options from Thai Lettuce Wraps, Chicken Potstickers, Smoked Chili Roasted Salmon, and Parmesan-Crusted Shrimp Scampi. Overseen by Senior Area Culinary Operations Manager Chef Stephen Puhr, each dish is hand prepared from their own unique recipes.

Chef Stephen Puhr discovered his unshakable passion for cooking and warm hospitality at the tender age of 15 while working in a small pizzeria on the south side of Chicago. As a graduate of Chicago’s Le Cordon Bleu, Puhr landed his first position as executive chef for Redstone American Grill at the age of 26. Puhr went on to serve as the Luxury Suite chef for the Utah Jazz, as well as lending his talents to the 2002 Winter Olympics. In 2012, Puhr joined the Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants team, where, today, his role as senior area culinary operations manager has him overseeing scratch kitchens at 10 Cooper’s Hawk locations.
