Staging A Comeback

As the adage says: “The show must go on,” and shows at the Maltz Jupiter Theatre are gearing up to do just that. Tickets are on sale for the theatre’s exciting Grand Reopening Season, which will include four spectacular performances, eight limited engagement shows and two benefit concerts. The first two performances of the season will take place at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium and The Benjamin School through the “Maltz Without Walls” series, with the final seasonal performances taking place in the stunning, newly renovated theater.

 Single tickets for the complete season are on sale now. Single show ticket prices start at $66 for mezzanine seating, with flexible performance schedule options available.

 The Grand Reopening Season launches with a three-week run of the Tony® and Grammy Award®-winning musical Jersey Boys, January 11-30, 2022, outdoors at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium. This much anticipated musical features a touching story and a score spanning two decades of hits chronicling the struggles and triumphs of making it big. This Broadway sensation is a treat for all music lovers.

The season continues at Benjamin Hall at The Benjamin School with I Hate Hamlet, February 8-20, 2022, a hilarious offbeat comedy where the ghost of a legendary actor returns to his old apartment to convince TV star Andrew Rally to take an offer to play Hamlet.

Following the “Maltz Without Walls” series, the new state-of-the-art Maltz Jupiter Theater will open for its first season performance post-renovation: Sweet Charity, February 19-March 9, 2022. In this Tony Award®-nominated musical, featuring songs such as “Hey, Big Spender” and “If My Friends Could See Me Now,” a dance hall hostess Charity Hope Valentine is a hopeless romantic with dreams of finding the right guy. Join us to capture all the humor and heartbreak of life in the Big Apple with a book by Neil Simon and score by Cy Coleman.

The incredible spring season closes out with Dirty Rotten Scoundrels: The Musical, March 22-April 10, 2022.  In this uproarious and hysterical comedic musical, based on the hit movie starring Michael Caine and Steve Martin, two con men compete to bilk an heiress out of $50,000. This charming production is guaranteed to evoke an evening of laughs.

Limited engagement one-night performances are currently on sale and include: Live at the Garden: The Music of Billy Joel, February 10, 2022; The McCartney Years, February 11, 2022; Top of the World: A Carpenters Tribute, February 12, 2022; Destination Motown, February 13, 2022; Best of the Eagles, March 10, 2022; Odyssey Road: Tribute to Journey, March 11, 2022; Yellow Brick Road, March 13, 2022; and The Prince Project, April 16, 2022.

 Two benefit concerts are scheduled this season. Part of the Eighth Annual Tony Award®-winner Concert Series, Stephanie J. Block: Believe features the 2019 Tony Award winner from The Cher Show for an unforgettable concert by one of Broadway’s greatest. As a benefit for the Goldner Conservatory, join us for Jason Newsted and the Chophouse Band featuring the Grammy-Award winning bassist (formally with Metallica) as they perform hits from Johnny Cash, Tom Waits, Neil Young, and Bob Dylan, as well as their own innovative new compositions.
