Dear Friends,
As we embrace the arrival of March, a month that heralds the promise of spring and renewal, let’s focus on a topic of paramount importance – health.
March is not only a time of seasonal transition, but also an opportune time to reflect on our well-being and make conscious choices that contribute to a healthier and happier life. Our health is an invaluable asset, and our community offers a plethora of various aspects of wellness.
The Florida AIDS Walk & Music Festival on March 9, at Fort Lauderdale Beach Park, is a great way to start your fitness plan by walking, and at the same time raising your spirits and funds for a worthy cause. Proceeds are donated directly to AIDS service organizations in South Florida including Sun Serve, Latinos Salud, Broward House, and Aids Healthcare Foundations (AHF), among others beneficiaries.
CAN Community Care also focuses on the health and well-being of those affected by HIV, Hepatitis C, and other sexually transmitted diseases. Care Resources provides general medical services, dentistry, and support services.
Mental Health is also an important service that the health centers above provide.
Genesis Health Institute offers a Functional Medicine approach to chronic diseases, stress management, medical aesthetics, various therapies, stress management, and even insomnia.
Thank you for being part of the OutClique Family. We hope you enjoy this months’ issue and that it inspires you to embrace the opportunities for growth, self-care, and community support that contribute to a sense of wellness.
Warm regards,
Dr. Steven¹
