There are some who bring a light so great to the world, that even after they have gone the light remains.

The Light Remains Memorial, unveiled at Care Resource’s 40th Anniversary Celebration in September 2023, offers an opportunity to create a lasting tribute to your loved ones and honor those who touched your life.  With so many lives lost to the HIV/AIDS epidemic and COVID-19 pandemic, The Light Remains Memorial is a sacred space to honor those and others we have lost.  Please join us in creating a sanctuary of remembrance. 

The Light Remain Memorial is on the first floor of Care Resource’s Midtown Miami Health Center and Administrative Headquarters located at 3510 Biscayne Blvd in Miami, Florida.

Each plaque on the memorial located at our Midtown Miami Health Center can be accompanied by a biography or personal story, linked online for future generations to connect with their remarkable journeys.
