Emmy nominated writer and producer, and best-selling author Gary Janetti (Start Without Me, Will and Grace, The Prince) brings his “An Evening(ish) with Gary Janetti” live tour to Amaturo Theater at Broward PAC on Saturday, January 6. Hailed as the man “behind his generation’s greatest comedy” (The New York Times) Gary is a four-time Emmy nominated writer and producer and author of two New York Times bestsellers: his first book, “Mind If I Cancel” and, most recently, “Start Without Me”, a hilarious and poignant book chronicling the pains and indignities of everyday life. On his “An Evening(ish) with Gary Janetti” Tour, Gary will be offering a selection of readings and recollections, as well as a Q&A session with the audience, and sharing his famous blueberry muffin reviews. He will also be available to meet and take photos and sign books.

Gary Janetti got his start writing on several network TV series including FOX’s hit animated show Family Guy and the smash hit series Will & Grace where he was also executive producer and showrunner. He is the creator and showrunner of HBOMax’s The Prince and he created, executive produced and wrote all episodes of the ITV/PBS British sitcom Vicious starring Sir Ian McKellen and Sir Derek Jacobi. Gary is a frequent guest on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live and his popular Instagram account of nearly 1M followers has been featured and praised in The New York Times, People, and Vanity Fair.
