River cruises are a magnificent way to explore many travel destinations around the world as they will give you the opportunity to visit so many beautiful cities along the river all at once while enjoying a luxury lifestyle when on board.

OutClique had the pleasure to join Source Journeys on their Basel to Amsterdam Pride river cruise, a wonderful all LGBTQA+ adventure on the Rhine river aboard the Avalon Panorama with elegant accommodation, delicious cuisine, stunning sightseeing, wonderful entertainment and theme parties.

The journey was full of exciting and memorable moments, every day was unique in its own way. From exploring the wonders of Basel in Switzerland, Strasbourg’s Gothic, stained-glass cathedral in France or magical Black Forest, amazing medieval city centers and magnificent castles in Germany to the charming city of Amsterdam and its unique LGBTQ+ Pride celebrations.

Whether taking a bike ride to the town or along the Rhine riverside, taking a guided tour with other shipmates to fulfill your day with stunning sightseeing and trying local cuisine or relaxing on board the Avelon and enjoying a delicious meal, there were many great options for everyone to enjoy their day thanks to Source Journeys team that made all happened seamlessly.

Exploring the world, visiting historic cities, learning about different cultures while meeting new people and developing friendships were wonderful experiences for us thanks to Craig, Rafi and the amazing Source Journeys team.
