8th Annual Tropical Plant Fair

The Equality Garden Club is excited to announce the upcoming two-day outdoor event located in scenic Richardson Park and Nature Preserve, located at 1937 Wilton Drive in Wilton Manors, FL. 

The Fair will include more than 40 plant vendors from around the state showcasing outstanding plants and related accessories. Industry professionals, amateur gardeners, and plant lovers are invited to attend this signature event. There is a 2-day admission fee of $5.00 with free parking and shuttle service.  No pets allowed. Liquid refreshments available for sale.

Pat Ellson, Chairperson of the event says, “This year’s event will abide by socially distanced COVID guidelines. It will feature unique vendors and products.”  Fort Lauderdale Landscaping will be available to offer ideas.  Soroa Orchids will be attending with a large array of orchids. Jessie Durko will be offering a large variety of trees and shrubs for our Florida gardens.  Broward Orchid Supply will have a full variety of orchid supplies. 

In addition, the Master Gardeners of Broward County will provide information on landscaping, insect control, irrigation practices, and fertilizer recommendations.

Come visit the beautiful Richardson Park, stroll among the trees and booths, and experience a wonderful assortment of beautiful trees, flowering shrubs, cycads, tillandsias, rare palms, and other tropical exotic plants that will be featured along with outstanding orchids, bromeliads, heliconias and gingers. All plants available for sale. 

The community is invited to come and enjoy this special event that allows the Garden Club to support the following activities: The Butterfly Garden at Wilton Manors Elementary School, the Million Orchid Project, Kids in Distress Organic Gardens, and The Green Initiative.

Equality Garden Club is a 501(c)3, non-profit garden club, based in Wilton Manors, FL.  

It meets the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 7:00PM in the Hagan Park Community Center, providing world-class speakers to educate and entertain the membership.
