Join Museum of Discovery and Science (MODS) and celebrate National Ice Cream Day on Sunday, July 19. Celebrate National Ice Cream by learning how cream, sugar, a baggie, and salt make Ice Cream in this fun hands-on activity. Tickets purchase is required for Scrumptious Science Bagged Ice Cream as space is limited to ensure social distancing. Included in in Museum admission is Brain Freeze! Nitrogen Show in the Keller Science Theater. This is a first-come, first-served show limited to 25 people to ensure social distancing.

*Please note MODS’ visitor guidelines: Visitors over the age of two are required to wear a mask or face covering over their mouth and nose for the duration of their visit, per CDC guidelines. Masks may be brought from home and are available for purchase in the Explore Store. Prior to entry, visitors will be asked a series of health questions relating to COVID-19 symptoms and have a touchless temperature check. If a visitor responds yes to any of the health questions or has a temperature above 100.4°F, admission will be denied to the entire party.
