South Florida’s Premier Halloween Event Comes to Tree Tops Park Beginning Oct. 8

Haunt Drive Brings The Ultimate Halloween Experience to Thrill-Seekers and Family-Friendly
Halloween Enthusiasts in a COVID-Safe Environment with Proceeds Going to Local Non-Profit Organizations.

In a year when many people are wondering if there is even
going to be a Halloween, one event could be among South Florida’s biggest Halloween bashes
ever, filled with fun and scares for the entire family in a COVID-safe setting that will also donate
proceeds to local charities.

Haunt Drive comes to Tree Tops Park, located at 3900 SW 100th Ave. in Davie, select evenings
from Oct. 8 through Nov.1. The event begins at 6 p.m. with a designated family-friendly hour
when you can watch the park’s creatures come to life from the safety of your car. The main
event starts at 7 p.m. and includes a more terrifying mix of theatrical storytelling, twisted
characters and unexpected scares for thrill-seekers looking for a truly petrifying Halloween

More specifically, Haunt Drive will feature six unique experiences:

– ‘Hunt for Bruja’ Haunted Drive: From the “safety” of your own vehicle, you will be a
part of the “Hunt For Bruja” contactless experience. Expect to run into her mindless
followers, ancient witch hunters, and horrid creatures from the darkness. Starts at 7pm.

– ‘Bruja’s Realm’ Family Haunted Drive: Just before dark, see our creatures come alive
from the safety of daylight and limited interaction with guest cars. Each car will receive a
free surprise gift to be redeemed at the Museum of Discovery and Science. 6pm – 7pm.

– ‘Bruja’s Destruction’ Haunted Woods Walk + Story Driven Challenge: As a new
apprentice witch hunter, you are tasked with destroying Bruja. First you will need to learn
the secret to destroying her on The Haunted Drive, then afterwards you step out of the
safety of your car and go deep into the woods looking for Bruja, in this dark woods open
air COVID-safe walk. Starts at 7:30pm.

– ‘Bruja’s Game’ Drive and Bingo: The entire family can play along through the drive! Be
on the lookout for followers and witch hunters in this intense version of Bingo. Starts at

– ‘Bruja Lives’ Haunted Woods Walk: Enjoy the bonus of this terrorizing haunted woods
walk without the interactivity and Bruja destruction show. Starts at 7:30pm.

– ‘Extreme to The Max’ Intense & Interactive Creatures Upgrade: Your car will be
gored out! All material is car paint safe and we will provide a wash station near the exit,
that is, if you want it to use it. You may want to drive home with a bit of blood on your
vehicle. Starts at 7:30pm.

“With all the unfortunate events of this past year, we knew we had to do something big to bring
the Halloween fun to South Florida,” said Wayne Labush, CEO of Event Services Group, one of
the organizers of Haunt Drive. “Of course, our big focus is on doing so in a COVID-safe
environment and giving back to a number of fantastic organizations that serve our local

A portion of proceeds are being donated to three South Florida organizations: the Museum of Discovery and Science ,
Parkland Cares and the Parks Foundation of Broward County.

No food will be sold at the event, and guests are encouraged to bring takeout to Haunt Drive and support
local restaurants that have been hit especially hard during these difficult times.
“Doing this event was a ‘no brainer’ and we are excited to partner with Event Services Group
and all the wonderful organizations that will benefit from Haunt Drive,” said Jaime Steadman,
co-founder of Mythic Builds, a company focused on immersive and interactive events. “We’re
committed to making this one of the most memorable and safe Halloween events that has
something for everyone.”

“Not only is the focus on a COVID-safe environment for staff and guests, but we are also going
to have some very unique aspects to a haunt that have never been done before,” said Andrew
King, Mythic Builds co-founder and the creative director of Haunt Drive. “We want to make sure
to meet and exceed the high demands of haunt enthusiasts.”
