R House Wynwood has long been known for its weekend-only Drag Brunch, a glittering mashup of high-energy drag performances, bottomless cocktails, and Latin-fusion plates. Now, the Wynwood hotspot is giving food lovers even more reasons to visit with bold new Miami Spice 2025 menus available through September 30. Chef Rocco Carulli’s specially curated prix fixe brunch and dinner offerings showcase the restaurant’s culinary creativity, while the famous Saturday and Sunday Drag Brunch continues to deliver the show-stopping entertainment that made R House a Miami institution.
For Miami Spice, Carulli has designed menus that highlight the restaurant’s playful approach to food. “We’ve always been proud to be more than just a show — R House is a culinary destination in its own right,” says Chef Rocco Carulli. “For Miami Spice this year, we wanted to push ourselves creatively while also offering tremendous value. We’re giving Wynwood and the wider Miami dining scene something truly unique — a menu that’s as bold and joyful as the neighborhood itself.”
The Miami Spice brunch menu, offered Wednesday through Sunday for $35 per person, begins with a welcome Hornitos Reposado Margarita and a fresh kale and chickpea salad starter. Guests can then choose from mains such as cayenne fried chicken, grilled chicken sliders with chimichurri, avocado toast with tajín, or strawberry French toast with dulce de leche. Two vegan options are also available, and the restaurant’s famed bottomless drinks package may be added for $25.
Dinner brings two distinctive options. The $45 three-course menu features starters like loaded guacamole, entrées including prime New York strip or grilled aji panca octopus, and desserts such as mango tres leches or an espresso martini served in a caramel corn basket. For a more playful night out, R House introduces the $60 “Party Option” — two courses plus bottomless margaritas or mojitos, a first-of-its-kind Miami Spice experience.
