The Bears of South Florida, Inc., is incorporated in the State of Florida as a non-profit Corporation and recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a “501(c)(3)” entity. Reports are filed annually to both agencies as required by law.
The organization is not required to create or publish an annual financial report for public review. An informal annual report is prepared for the Board and shared with our sponsors, audit committee, and interested members by specific request.
